Prediction 3rd ODI: New Zealand Tour to Pakistan 2023

The third match of the series of Pak vs NZ will be played on 3rd May 2023 in National Stadium Karachi. The match will start at 1530 hrs IST

Teams Analysis

Pakistan

The ODI opener of Pakistan destroyed New Zealand in the second ODI as well. He scored consecutive hundreds. The chase of 330+ was built on his 135-run partnership with the captain. He scored 65 runs. After that, a partnership with Mohammad Rizwan on the counterattack side completely won the game.

In the ODI format, Pakistan’s batsmen are too strong. They have a terrifying batting depth, led by opener Fakhar Zaman, Babar Azam, Muhammad Rizwan and Mohammad Nawaz who are all in outstanding form. They won’t see much problem with the New Zealand bowling team’s lack of experience.

Naseem Shah was once again impressed with his spell. Haris Rauf also took 4 wickets. The spinners didn’t get much help on this pitch. They’d like the Karachi pitch to have some bite.

New Zealand

New Zealand had shown improvement over what they did in the 1st match. Daryl Mitchell scored the most runs i.e. 129. Tom Latham scored to set a huge total for the opponents.

The return of the captain among the runs will please the NZ. They should do well in the remaining matches now. However, their bowling is their main problem, i.e. Inexperience. The team is having trouble as a result of not having Southee, Ferguson or Mitch Santner. Matt Henry has been performing well but things are unlikely to change much in the future.

Predicted Squads

Pakistan:

Fakhar Zaman, Imam-ul-Haq, Babar Azam, Abdullah, Mohammad Rizwan, Agha, Nawaz, Usama Mir, Naseem, Haris, Shaheen Shah

New Zealand:

Chad Bowes, Will Young, Mitchell, Tom Latham, Mark Chapman, Nicholls, James Neesham, Ravindra, Henry Shiple, Ish Sodhi, Matt Henry

Pitch Conditions

The pitch of the ground is almost flat. It will be a little bouncy. The ball will move in the initial overs but after that, it will be a dead end for bowlers

Weather Conditions
It may be a bright sunny day with a cool breeze at night as per the forecast

Toss Prediction

The team winning the toss may try to chase the target. It has been seen in the last matches as well. The same may follow in the future.

Match Prediction

As per the detailed analysis of the teams, previous matches, player-to-player and team-to-team comparison, pitch readings and history, it is predicted that Pakistan may win this match as well with a ratio of 61:39

ICC Permits Betting Logos Promotion in Bilateral Series

The ICC has allowed betting companies to promote themselves during any bilateral ODI and Test match. The cricket governing body has lifted the ban on using their logos.

As per the reports during ICC events like the World Cup and Champions trophy etc the restriction on utilizing betting logos will stay as per the previous rule.

The decision has come when the England and Wales Cricket Board is investigating their coach, Brendon McCullum. He was found promoting a betting organization called 22Bet India. Brendon McCullum is the former captain of New Zealand and joined 22Bet India earlier this year as a brand ambassador. He worked on some promotional projects for the site.

As per the reports, representatives of the ECB stated that they are conducting an inquiry into the matter. They are in close contact with the coach regarding the matter. The ECB has its own betting rules and will always try to make sure they are followed. They will take tough action against people who will try to break them. The inquiry committee has asked the coach to elaborate on the terms of his agreement with the online betting platform.

There has been a flood of betting organizations in Pakistan cricket also. A number of different establishments in the Pakistan Super League are being supported through these organizations.

State Bank of Pakistan asked the PCB to create a code of ethics for PSL franchises as they supported these sites in PSL 8. It should require them to choose sponsors in accordance with the local laws of Pakistan.

PCB replied to as it is strongly opposed to promoting betting. Each sponsor company that it associates with signs a clause that bans these types of sites.

Prediction 1st ODI: New Zealand Tour to Pakistan 2023

After the T20 series, the time has come for the 5-match ODI series between Pakistan and New Zealand. 1st and 2nd ODI will be played on April 27 at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi. National Stadium, Karachi, will host the rest of the three matches. The match will begin at 3:3 in the evening.

The T20 series was exceptionally refreshing. Pakistan won the first two matches of the series. For the 3rd time, New Zealand won the T20. The fourth match ended in a draw due to rain. In the last game, New Zealand won to level the series at 2-2.

In this ODI series, Pakistan is led by Babar Azam, while New Zealand is led by Tom Latham. It is to be reminded that Kane Williamson got injured while playing for IPL this month. He might miss this World Cup as well due to his surgery.

Now in this series, both teams will be focused on winning the series and getting ready for the ODI World Cup. The mega event will take place later this year in October.

Expected Performers

From Pakistan, Babar Azam and Rizwan both are in great form. They can make a big difference in the batting. Meanwhile, Shaheen and Haris beat the opponent’s batters.

Finn Allen and Chapman (if played) from New Zealand) will beat the bowlers, and Matt Henry will do his part with the ball.

1st ODI Pitch Report: Pak vs. NZ

There have been few matches played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The pitch has supported both the toss winner and loser equally, with 12 out of 24 batting first and the same later.

Also, the pitch provides an equal chance for both bowlers and batters to display their skills. We have seen this in T20 matches as well. So toss winning will only matter for the teams if the last time reading of the pitch by the captain of both teams.

Expected Squads PAK vs. NZ 1st ODI

Pakistan: Mohammad Rizwan, Fakhar Zaman, Imam-ul-Haq, Babar Azam, Imad Wasim, Shadab Khan, Mohammad Nawaz, Faheem Ashraf, Hasan Ali, Shaheen Afridi, Haris Rauf

New Zealand: Tom Latham, Finn Allen, Rachin Ravindra, Will Young, Henry Nicholls, Daryl, Colin, Cole McConchie, Ajaz Patel, Henry, Hamish Bennett

Prediction 1st ODI: New Zealand Tour to Pakistan 2023

Considering the team and player-to-player analysis, pitch report, history, and statistics of both teams, it is predicted that Pakistan will win the 1st ODI with a ratio of 59:41.

Match Details: New Zealand tour to Pakistan, 2023

3rd T20 Match Prediction: New Zealand Vs Pakistan 2023

Pakistan has won 1st two T20s of the five-match series against New Zealand. After winning it, Pakistan is on a roll. The Green Shirts won the second Twenty20 International on April 15, 2023, at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore by a good margin of 38 runs. They defeated the guests by 88 runs in the first match.

Pakistan batted first in the second Twenty20 and their Babar Azam scored a sensational century to help them score a staggering 192/4. Fast Bowler Haris Rauf’s four-wicket kept New Zealand 38 runs short in response.

The Kiwis have a difficult task ahead of them to stage a comeback in the remaining three games. They are 0-2 down in the five-match series. The 3rd T20I between the teams will be played on Monday, April 17 at the same venue.

Analysis: New Zealand Vs Pakistan 2023

The reason to be at such a weak place is that most of the Kiwi Players have gone to India for IPL. So it’s a sort of B team that is playing against Pakistan. If main players like Latham, injured Williamson and others would have been there, it was difficult for Pakistan to get those easy wins.

Pakistan is taking full advantage of that. The batters as well as bowlers are doing good in the game. In tomorrow’s match, Haris Rauf would again shine like before but also the chance of Shaheen to get wickets is not faded. In batting, Babar is looking great but yes in the next match, his hunger for runs of Rizwan is also prominent. He can score good in the 3rd match.

Pitch Analysis: New Zealand Vs Pakistan 2023

Out of the teams that played at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore which batted first has won more than half out of the 26 matches but the gap is not that much. So it is difficult to say whom it will favor more. Pakistan’s victory over Zimbabwe is the most successful chase of 178 runs.

Pakistan’s victory in the first two matches also shows that it is favoring the target givers. Thus, the team winning the toss will hope to bat first and put runs on the board.

Probable Playing XIs: New Zealand Vs Pakistan 2023

Pakistan:

Mohammad Rizwan, Babar Azam, Fakhar, Saim Ayub, Shadab, Iftikhar, Imad, Faheem, Shaheen Shah, Haris Rauf, Zaman Khan

New Zealand:

Tom Latham, Chad Bowes, Will, Daryl Mitchell, Chapman, Neesham, Ravindra, Cole McConchie, Henry Shipley, Henry, Lister

Prediction: New Zealand Vs Pakistan 2023

Keeping in view all the above analysis we done, it is most probable that Pakistan will win 3rd T20 with a good margain.

Summary: New Zealand Vs Pakistan 2023 Details

  • New Zealand tour of Pakistan 2023
  • 3rd T20I Match

Today’s 1st T20I match between Bangladesh and Ireland has fantasy cricket tips and a Dream11 prediction available.

On Monday (March 27) at 1:30 PM IST, Bangladesh (BAN) and Ireland (IRE) will compete in the first T20I of their three-match series at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram. After white-washing Ireland in the ODI series, Bangladesh will aim to do the same in the short format of cricket.

On Monday (March 27), the first T20I of a three-match series between Bangladesh (BAN) and Ireland (IRE) will take place at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram, starting at 1:30 PM IST.

Having already whitewashed the visitors in the three-match ODI series, Bangladesh led by Shakib Al Hasan, remain unbeaten in the Ireland series. Although the second ODI between the two sides was cancelled due to rain, Bangladesh defeated Ireland in both the first and third ODIs. These victories will surely boost the confidence of the Tigers as they prepare for the ICC World Cup 2023.

Andy Balbirnie’s Ireland are having a dismal tour in Bangladesh, having failed to win a single match so far. They head into the T20I series after suffering a crushing 10-wicket defeat in the third ODI. In order to turn their fortunes around, Ireland needs to find a solution to their problem and bounce back stronger in the T20I series.

Betjee-pro made my Dream11 prediction for the 1st T20I match between Bangladesh and Ireland, which is as follows:

Shakib Al Hasan, George Dockrell, Lorcan Tucker (VC), Taskin Ahmed, Curtis Campher, Paul Stirling, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, Litton Das, Najmul Hossain Shanto, Mark Adair, Hasan Mahmud.

Likely playing XIs of Bangladesh and Ireland:

Bangladesh: Litton Das (Wk), Rony Talukdar, Najmul Hossain Shanto, Shakib Al Hasan (C), Towhid Hridoy, Shamim Hossain, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, Taskin Ahmed, Nasum Ahmed, Mustafizur Rahman, Hasan Mahmud.

Ireland: Paul Stirling, Stephen Doheny, Andy Balbirnie (C), Harry Tector, Curtis Campher, Lorcan Tucker (Wk), George Dockrell, Gareth Delany, Andy McBrine, Mark Adair, Graham Hume.

The final of PSL was played yesterday with defending champions Lahore Qalanadars again won the match with 1 run only. Meanwhile, the chairman of PCB has claimed that Pakistan Super League 8th edition had surpassed the Indian Premier League in terms of digital rating.

Najam Sethi expressed his gratitude to the cricket fans and the provincial governments of Punjab and Sindh for making this joyful event more event successful. He was sitting in a press conference prior to the final. He said that PSL received a digital rating of 150, compared to 130 for the IPL’s previous season.

The chairman stated that we have proposals to hold some matches of the PSL in the United States. If we get a chance, we will explore that option as well. He added that the board is in talks with Karachi and Lahore’s authorities to build five-star hotels for the players near the stadiums. It is to be noted that the order of building hotels near the stadium was given by the courts for the ease of the public in terms of traffic and to reduce the cost of security.

He said the event has also contributed to improve the country’s economy. We paid a huge amount of taxes to the government. Not only this, the league has contributed to keeping the country’s economic wheel moving by creating job opportunities. We helped in terms of tourism, the hotel industry, airlines and the road traveling business. We have paid a total of Rs70 billion in taxes to the government, Rs50 billion in sales taxes and another Rs50 billion in provincial taxes.

He made it clear that the agreements regarding the three betting companies sponsoring PSL teams would be reviewed as well. These agreements took place prior to his appointment as PCB chief. The PCB would not be involved in any activities that would be detrimental to our religion, culture or tradition of the land.
